Article 3 — Third-Party Services Used
This service uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies.
Used for Google account login authentication. Email addresses and Google profile information are stored in Firebase.
Firebase Privacy Policy →Used for paid plan payment processing. Credit card information is managed directly by Stripe and is not stored on Operator servers.
Stripe Privacy Policy →Used for service improvement and usage analysis. Collects behaviour logs (page views, clicks, feature usage, etc.) via cookies and local storage. Data is not used to directly identify individuals.
PostHog Privacy Policy →The service's servers and data storage run on Google Cloud Platform. Data is stored in the Asia-Pacific region (asia-northeast1 / Tokyo) data centre.
Article 4 — Third-Party Disclosure
The Operator will not provide Users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
- •With the User's prior consent
- •When required by law (lawful request from courts, police, or other public authorities)
- •When necessary to protect life, body, or property, and obtaining the User's consent is difficult
Article 5 — Data Storage & Security
The Operator implements appropriate security measures (access controls, encryption, etc.) to prevent leakage, loss, or damage to personal information.
